Outreach

CKP works to broaden the audience for poetry through its community outreach programs.  With GiftBooks, Presenting Poetry & Prose and LaurelBooks, CKP extends the reach of fine literature beyond ordinary borders.  The goal:  to offer free books and readings to diverse communities in which circumstances too often mitigate against people receiving the pleasures, insights and satisfactions gained from reading fine contemporary literature.
